JUST GIVE IT A GO.

Just give it a go.

Sometimes in life we need to just give it a go, and keep going. Maybe we could find what life has really got for us out there.

You barely need a lot of money to travel places and make adventures out of it. All you need to have is the interest to do it. Even at zero cost.

For how long will you keep promising yourself to make a travel trip someday. I believe that, if you really want to do something or anything, the perfect time is now.
I am not talking trips alone here, relate this to  anything your gut really wants you to do in life.

So, get up...get on the move before you run out of time because the time is now.

My primary teacher always said,’try and fail but never fail to try.
I don't think she wanted me to fail, I think she thought that if I failed, it would teach me a lesson to do better next time.

So just know, it's never too late...and nothing is impossible.

Sometimes in life we need to just give it a go, and keep going. Maybe we could find what life has really got for us out there.

Good luck on your journey of interest.

Blind Emulation.

A heavy head from an active Friday night is all you have left. Forgetting your worries and living your fantasies was your reason. Now here you still are, sober enough to remember your bills, your landlord's share from your monthly peanuts and ofcourse, the little one's welfare. You meant to create joy and happiness from it only to end up with bad breath, a terribly intoxicated body and suspicion getting you craving for as many more pills in the name of security and prevention. It must be crazy out there. I know. It is crazy out there. In every hundred of us, the majority continues to contain this same syndrome. Working like a horse from Monday through the week to Friday, where the party gets started. And then there comes the weekend getting you to sleep like a koala in your would have been most useful time. Hold it. Now Hold it a bit. Take a deep breath and then you can read on. I got some bitter truths about you on the low you might wanna ponder on. Don't wo...

Goosebumps

"She envied you but deeply admired you. Every statement I made about you gave her the picture of the woman she had always wanted to be. I couldn't help but bring your name up mindlessly in her face. Everytime,"I lowered my gaze as I realized how deep I had gone with this talk about my ex. Perhaps that's how much the woman across the table meant to me. The evening had been a beautiful one afterall. Imperfect situations always turn out to be the most perfect moments. We had trodded from our business meeting venue. Now in the heart of the city, in a rear basement restaurant. Barely populated, we could almost hear each other's blinks. She maintained a comfortable body language, like always. The short phrase had sunk deep into her and she obviously looked flattered . We both knew it but barely could do a thing about it. Nostalgic moments like this had filled up most of our conversations. Even over the shortest voice calls. " Ngooluddeyo boss wange,...

Unlearning Encoding

As I read, so I shall write. The written word has indeed thrived over the centuries. An art that gave the few who harnessed it ranks over men of their nations, from Socrates, to Shakespeare to J.K Rowling, the list is endless. This is indeed one of the most reliable mediums our forefathers have been able to communicate with us. Giving you the feeling of the presence in their past, long gone moments. What other conceivable way have we to make use of that is suitable,...for every edge?  This brings us to this part for as I listen, I shall grasp . Call it oral culture. To date, some societies have clung to this and have nevertheless thrived equally, or even profoundly more than others. Word for word, books like the Quran have been passed down over to generations through a period of more than 1400 years. Earlier, the process of memorizing involved off-head recitation, then later encoded and compiled into the text from which most Muslims of today now pick it. This is one b...
